"I went with my wife to Mosaic, and I can say that our experience was really great. Not only does Mosaic have a great selection of really beautiful and high quality wigs, they were so kind and helpful. Selecting a wig, I found, is not easy, and sometimes can take a long time. They were very patient and sincere in helping my wife find just the right wig, no pressure to buy like some places we went. The wig she got was really beautiful and perfect for her, very natural looking and also a great price for this quality. They took a fair amount of time explaining proper care for her wig, so that it will last and look good for a long time. My wife's happiness and smiles are worth a million bucks, so THANK YOU, Mosaic. We will definitely be back!"

The Mosaic Wig Boutique in the Gallery Shopping Plaza (right next to the Stir Fry Restaurant) and located on Kingston Pike near West Towm Mall is a very neat place to go for good quality wigs and a great personality "owned" by the owner, Lucy.

When I first went to the store about a 15 months ago it was because I was undergoing cancer treatment for the brain and, of course, the natural hair on a person's head falls out with this type of chemo treatment. Lucy had a great selection of attractive wigs and she knew what would be the best design for my type of head and was so helpful on how I was to care for the wig - brushing, and the best shampoo to use on false hair etc. Lucy has a fun personality and made the first visit enjoyable and this patient feeling very grateful. She also reduces the price on the wigs for cancer patients.

She also has people visiting and buying from her store who like wigs to wear as they are just a fun and attractive alternative to the everyday look. She has a good variety of styles and colors - so it makes it an easy place to pick out what someone would like and enjoy.

We would definitely recommend this local Knoxville store!

Also, from Joanne's husband and caregiver: We were highly appreciative of meeting Lucy and her warm and genuine personality which is incredibly important when someone has been diagnosed with cancer -- any cancer or serious illness.
She is warm, professional, knowledgeable all with a keen sense of humor. She was a big help while we forged ahead in unchartered water.
